After a few days of heavy rain, and three hot days, it is the perfect weather for Fungi, and for things to be popping up in the hedgerows too.
I think it is always lovely to see the Autumn colours appearing, within the berries, and with tall the beautiful leaf changes we have too.
I spotted this "Cuckoo Pint" and love the colours of the berries. It is extremely poisonous, so please be aware if you find any.

Even a plant as plain as Burdock, takes on a whole new look, with a beautiful display of Autumn blooms too.

While walking through a wild flower meadow, I was amazed at just how striking seed heads can be on plants. When the summer flowers are fading, and the yellows and reds of the poppies have gone, we find ourselves marvelling at the deep Browns, and Oranges to be seen in the meadow.
I loved the colour of these too.
I am unsure as to which plant they come from as yet though. On second thoughs I think it might be St Johns Wort

That picture of the cuckoo-pint is lovely,I don't think I've ever seen one before all the berries are red.

Bumblebee, you may spot them in woodlands, and sheltered places too. I think they are early this year. This one was taken in Anglesey Abbey Gardens.

The burdock for such a drab-looking plant, comes up in a new light in your photo, elaine

All your pictures are really lovely, Fall in Canada and the USA is very colourful, and the Maples look so pretty too. Here in England, the red berries, and hips are starting to form, in the hedgerows now. I love to see the rich red, against the bareness of everything else.
