I've just noticed this new photo-editing tool has been added to my Picasa photo folder.
It's free! As photobucket can be a pain sometimes with delays, this might be a handy thing to have for editing your photos quickly.
Have not used it yet, but intend giving it a try!

* sepia * stickers * text * frames

Though I have tried a few other art packages like GIMP, mostly I just use the PAINT program that comes with the Windows package for just abouteverything I want to do with pictures.
Mind you, do prefer the older XP version than what I've got now with Windows &.
