Are you drawn towards crystals, but like me can't decide on which one to choose. Here is a useful chart that may help you when you see a table loaded with crystals and you can't decide which one to buy.
What I would have liked was some images of the crystals - but having said that, most of us know, from the names of the crystals what it they like.
Enjoy!

What I didn't realize is that many food-stuffs that we take in are crystals - such as sugar, brown or white, baking soda, salt, and minerals such as iodine. Water also is composed of crystals of many kinds. Snow also is crystalline in it's form.
Sugar crystals - Sucrose
Salt crystal - sodium chloride
This is a must-read book on "The Hidden Messages in Water" by Masaru Emoto - a Japanese scientist, if you haven't already read it.
Cheers!
