I haven't heard of elderberries in a looooong time - my grandparents used to drink elderberry wine.

I bet you dont get them in florida do you ?I saw lots yesterday as well i am not keen on elderberry wine unless blackberrys are added as it tastes like claret which i really do not like .But elderberrys are good for a winter tonic to prevent flu and cold ..
