Have any of you used Bach Flower Rescue Remedy? It is an over-the-counter remedy for anxiety, panic attacks and much more. Available in all good Health Food Stores.
A scientific study has shown that RR really does work - which I've never doubted for an instant! LOL!
A just published scientific study conducted by researchers at the University of Miami School of Nursing in conjunction with The Sirkin Creative Living Center (SCLC) has found that Rescue Remedy™, an all-natural remedy created from flower essences, is an effective over-the-counter stress reliever with a comparable effect to traditional pharmaceutical drugs yet without any of the known adverse side effects, including addiction.
Have you tried any type of Flower Essences - and what has been your experience? Do you believe in them?

I haven't used them, but I like the idea of natural productsl rather than chemicals from a lab.

I've seen the rescue remedy work instantly on people who were in deep shock or traumatized. It's combination of several of the Bach flower remedies mixed together.
Ingredients: Dilution of flower extracts of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem and Cherry Plum

These remedies are brilliant. I have used these with great success over the years. I have used the rescue remedy, the pre mixed, when doing exams, or on long study sessions, works great.
I would always choose a natural remedy over a prescribed one, but like all remedies, always check with a doc if on prescribed drugs too.

Yes, I have found those Bach Flower Remedies to work very well in amazing ways. Especially the Rescue Remedy, which is mix of a few together. Great for all kinds of immense fear, terror, shock, trauma!
Even a few drops rubbed on the inside of the wrist of a person who had just been in an accident can help greatly to calm them down.
I have found with a lady friend, who's house had burned down - and she had been shaking uncontrollably for six days without being able to stop. - With just a few drops of RR on the inside of her wrists she stopped instantly. At the time I used to do massage, and I had put on on RR remedy on without her knowing. Instantly, as she was lying with her eyes closed she "Woke up" and exclaimed - what was that you put on me? - because it has stopped me shaking instantly!
She had a big Alsatian, Sam, who had been caught in the fire - and he too was shaking and couldn't stop. She said she would bring Sam to me. I said - why don't you take some of this Rescue Remedy and put a few drops into the fur at the back of his neck? She did that - and bingo - the same result. Sam stopped shaking immediately.
I have brought RR with me into hospital to use before and after surgery. A lot of my friends have done the same.
A very interesting read is the biography of Dr. Edward Bach (pronounced Batch), who discovered the Bach Flower Remedies.
There still exists and centre dedicated to his work
