This site is worth reading from start to finish, IMO. Contains videos.
Enjoy!

OMG I have just seen this, what can I say....except wow! I have no idea how I missed this.
This really is something else, this is to me, brilliant. It is using natural, thinking ahead, and working with nature not against it. I love it, absolutely love it.
I do think this is a way forward, all thise so called " Swampys" of this world had it right, we do need to think how we use materials, and build low impact.
Most houses today, are not, and the amount of waste is terrible.
I could easily live here, I love the use of the wood, and the roof too, and using hale bales, perfect.
Very great story and vids too.
Whisker for that.

Speaking of Hobbits, have you read Lord of the Rings?

And I was just getting ready to start mine. Now I'll scrap the plans and just sit here on the computer.

I have seen the film a few times, and read the book years back, and loved it. Lord of the rings, is brilliant. The film I was memorized watching it, the scenery was stunning
Sitting on the computer, isn't a bad idea Joebert, it is very educational , and relaxing too.
