A lovely blog assembled by an American lady, Kim Manley Ort, which shows us glimpses of John O'Donohue - Poet, Writer, Mystic - who died suddenly last year in his sleep aged 52.
Beautiful thoughts, scenes, music, videos. , Kim!

I watched the video of him speaking - he seems like a very interesting fellow, what a shame to lose him so young. Maybe we could start a discussion about his ideas?

Quote from John O'Donoghue: "When you cease to fear your solitude, a new creativity awakens in you. Your forgotten or neglected wealth begins to reveal itself. You come home to yourself and learn to rest within. Thoughts are our inner senses. Infused with silence and solitude, they bring out the mystery of inner landscape."
- Anam Cara, p. 17
His words are so poetic!

I know I'm a bit strange, but I need lots of solitude .. to think clearly. I get over-stimulated being around lots of people for too long.
